For the determination of Chicken IgY(Immunoglobulin Y) concentrations in serum, plasma and other related biological fluids.

| 工作原理 | 本試劑盒采用的是雙抗體夾心法酶聯免疫吸附檢測技術（ELISA）。測定樣品中雞免疫球蛋白Y水平。向預先包被了抗雞免疫球蛋白Y抗體的酶標孔中，加入標準品或樣本，溫育後，加入生物素標記的抗免疫球蛋白Y抗體。再與HRP標記的鏈黴親和素結合，形成免疫複合物，再經過溫育和洗滌，去除未結合的酶，然後加入顯色底物TMB，產生藍色，並在酸的作用下轉化成最終的黃色。最後，在450 nm處測定反應孔樣品吸光度（OD）值，樣本中的雞免疫球蛋白Y濃度與OD值成正比，通過繪製標準曲線計算出樣本中雞免疫球蛋白Y的濃度。 |
| Purpose | This assay employs the Sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Determine the level of Chicken IgY(Immunoglobulin Y) in the sample. Add standard or sample to the microplate that have been pre-coated with Anti-Chicken IgY(Immunoglobulin Y) antibody. After incubation, add Biotin-conjugated anti-Chicken IgY(Immunoglobulin Y) antibody. It is then combined with HRP-conjugated streptavidin to form an immune complex, then incubated and washed to remove unbound enzyme, and then added to the chromogenic substrate TMB to produce a blue color, and converted to the final yellow under the action of acid. Finally, the absorbance (OD) value was measured at 450 nm. The concentration of Chicken IgY(Immunoglobulin Y) in the sample was proportional to the OD value. The concentration of Chicken IgY(Immunoglobulin Y) in the sample can be calculated by drawing a standard curve. |
