概述

The Goat anti-rabbit IgG immunomagnetic beads, conjugated with Goat anti-rabbit IgG, are used for immuneprecipitation (IP) or purification of rabbit IgG. The Immunomagnetic beads are added to a sample containing rabbit IgG to form an Immunomagnetic Beads-protein complex. The complex is removed from the solution manually against a Magnetic separation device. The bound rabbit IgG are dissociated from the Immunomagnetic beads using an Elution Buffer.
山羊抗兔IgG免疫磁珠，是磁珠與山羊抗兔IgG偶聯，用於兔IgG的免疫沉澱 (IP)或純化。免疫磁珠被添加到含有兔IgG的樣品中，以形成免疫磁珠-蛋白質複合物。借助磁分離裝置手動從溶液中分離複合物。使用洗脫緩衝液將結合的兔IgG與免疫磁珠分離。
