For the determination of Mouse Ang-Ⅱ(Angiotensin Ⅱ) concentrations in serum, plasma and other related biological fluids.

| 工作原理 | 本試劑盒采用的是競爭法酶聯免疫吸附檢測技術（ELISA）。測定樣品中小鼠血管緊張素Ⅱ水平。向預先包被了小鼠血管緊張素Ⅱ抗原的酶標孔中，加入標準品和樣本，溫育後，加入生物素標記的抗血管緊張素Ⅱ抗體。再與HRP標記的鏈黴親和素結合，形成免疫複合物，再經過溫育和洗滌，去除未結合的酶，然後加入顯色底物TMB，產生藍色，並在酸的作用下轉化成最終的黃色。最後，在450 nm處測定反應孔樣品吸光度（OD）值，樣本中的小鼠血管緊張素Ⅱ濃度與OD值成反比，通過繪製標準曲線計算出樣本中小鼠血管緊張素Ⅱ的濃度。 |
| Purpose | This assay employs the Competitive enzyme immunoassay technique. Determine the level of Mouse Ang-Ⅱ(Angiotensin Ⅱ) in the sample. Add standard and sample to the microplate that have been pre-coated with Mouse Ang-Ⅱ(Angiotensin Ⅱ) antigen. After incubation, add Biotin-conjugated anti-Mouse Ang-Ⅱ(Angiotensin Ⅱ) antibody. It is then combined with HRP-conjugated streptavidin to form an immune complex, then incubated and washed to remove unbound enzyme, and then added to the chromogenic substrate TMB to produce a blue color, and converted to the final yellow under the action of acid. Finally, the absorbance (OD) value was measured at 450 nm. The concentration of Mouse Ang-Ⅱ(Angiotensin Ⅱ) in the sample was proportional to the OD value. The concentration of Mouse Ang-Ⅱ(Angiotensin Ⅱ) in the sample can be calculated by drawing a standard curve. |
